| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. (Goods can only be sent to the Card Statement Address) We accept Visa and Mastercard. We charge for the item before it is ready to ship including Backordered items. You may send your credit card information via fax, post or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling Delivery to UK Mainland (exc Northern Ireland) £9.45 + VAT for the first box, £4.99 per box thereafter. Other Delivery location charge are available on request. We only accept payment via Bank Transfer for orders outside the UK. We despatch Business-to-Business Only. Therefore, goods are despatched on the assumption that the business is available to take receipt of delivery between 9am and 6pm Mon - Friday. Returned orders to us by our courier will be charged for, in addition to the re-sending of these goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to liase with the courier for any re-deliveries. Europeanwear cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries. |
| Delivery Schedule We despatched 90% of our orders within 5 working days. However, we always ask our customers to allow upto 10 days for unforseen delays. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. This backed order will be marked as such on the delivery note. As as token of good will, we will not charge our customers additional courier charges for 'back orders' unless the cutomer had already been notified the item(s) was not instock. If ALL items are required in one shipment, the customer should make this known to our sales team via writing before placing their order. |

| Returns Policy All goods are sold on a Trade Basis. Under no circumstances can goods be return unless incorrectly supplied by us (Europeanwear).
